Based on an extremely old bagpipe, we have re-created the essence of it's stark simplicity and elegance. The stocks and drones all have a subtle curved shape and restrained flat combing.

This bagpipe is available either in our standard bore or the original older style narrow bores.

The older style is a flatter and softer sound, ideal for solo or Piobaireachd players and comes with a matching chanter, pitched around 466Hz.
